17. Mai tog i 1951
I framgrunnen ser vi Bondalens Hornmusikk med faneberar Jon Slettedal. Folketoget starta ved Sæbøkaia og gjekk fram til gamle Rise. Der snudde dei og gjekk ned att til Sæbø. Der vart det halde tale ved bautaen midt i sentrum.
Barnetoget var før på dagen og byrja ved Holen og gjekk ned til kyrkja på Sæbø.

This picture is from the Constitution Day May 17th, which is the national day of Norway. The band which is playing in the "peoplés parade" is Bondalen brassband.
The "children´s" parade earlier in the day, went from Holen to the church in Sæbø. After the mass people marched in the "people's parade" to the old Rise village. When the parade was people went home to celebrate.
